Contact Request Forms or Registrations – When visitors use the forms present on our website, only the data present at the time of their use will be stored, which may include: Full Name, Tax Identification Number, Phone Contact, Full Address, Email Address, Company Name.

These forms, when successfully submitted, send the filled data to a SOFIMA email account. The submitted data may also be stored in databases. Access to this data is restricted to authorized SOFIMA personnel.

With whom we share the data – SOFIMA ensures the total confidentiality of the personal data provided and only shares it with third parties for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing the service requested by the user.
